⚙️ Reorder Logic Settings

These global thresholds drive your restock alerts. Adjust per category below if needed.

When stock drops to this % of ideal level → Warning. Default: 50%
When stock drops to this % of ideal level → Critical. Default: 30%
Days from reorder to delivery. Default: 21 (3 weeks)
Used only if SKU has velocity. If days-of-stock < lead time + buffer → Critical
Used when SKU's velocity isn't specified. Default: 1

📋 How Status Is Calculated

  • Critical — Stock = 0, OR stock ≤ Critical Threshold (default 30% of ideal), OR will run out before next shipment. Reorder NOW.
  • Warning — Stock ≤ Warning Threshold (default 50% of ideal). Plan to reorder soon.
  • Healthy — Stock above warning threshold. No action needed.
  • Overstock — Stock > 120% of ideal. Consider promotions or transfers.

Example: If a SKU's Ideal Stock is 100 → Warning kicks in at 50 units, Critical at 30 units.

Note: If your POS file has a "Warning Stock Level" column with values, that overrides the % calculation per SKU.

📁 Expected Inventory File Format

Upload Excel/CSV files with these columns (case-insensitive). Filename should contain the store name (e.g., "Sogo Inventory May.xlsx") for auto-detection.
